    If you are going to go through the time and effort of receiving coaching, you probably hope that every minute invested in coaching sessions will have a positive impact on your career and your life. To make coaching really work, you need to start with a highly personalized plan with SPECIFIC goals that you can measure.

    METHODS:

  • DIFFERENCE 1: a period of daily contact with clients who are in the process of transferring new skills to the workplace
  • very detailed feedback and coaching
  • rehearsal of authentic, personally challenging scenarios
  • DIFFERENCE 2: creation of a personal reference chart of goals, strategies, examples, and metrics for success

We offer coaching to individuals, pairs of co-workers, and small groups who work together, and usually incorporate the “challenging scenarios” module, personalized to their current and future work.
